Lunch in Lamar CISD cafeterias will notice a slight increase in cost for the 2011-2012 school year.

 In the first price change since the 2005 school year, students in pre-K through 6 will now pay $1.70 for a healthy lunch. Students in grades 7-12 will now pay 1.80 for lunch and all adults will pay $2.35.

All student breakfasts are now $1.10 and adults will pay $1.40. 

The largest increase is 20 cents for adult breakfast, with 5 cents being the smallest increase, for a sixth-graders lunch.
