The Frost Elementary PTO is gearing up for our Annual Denim & Diamonds Dinner & Auction. This year we are seeking to raise over $50,000 to increase the technology tools available to the students, and we need your help to make it a success.
 
 
BECOME A UNDERWRITER
 
Underwriters are community business that have partnered up with the Frost PTO to help make this night possible. Levels of support are as follows. 
 
$2000 – Platinum Underwriter Package - Food
·         Full page, 4 color cover ad in the event’s program guide (limited to the first three)
·         1 table for 10 persons in premium seating.
·         Table signage and name recognition the night of the event.
·         Logo featured on the Frost PTO’s website and in all promotional ads
·        Quarter Page ad in the 2010 – 2011 School Directory
·         Your donation will also sponsor 1 table for 10 teachers.
 
$1500 – Gold Underwriter Package – Beer & Wine
·         Half page ad in the event’s program guide
·         8 Complimentary Tickets to the event.
·         Table signage and name recognition the night of the event.
·         Logo featured on the Frost PTO’s website and in all promotional ads
·         1/8th page ad in the 2010 – 2011 School Directory
·        Your donation will also sponsor tickets for 6 teachers.
 
$1000 – Silver Underwriter Package – Printing & Publicity
·         Quarter page ad in the event’s program guide
·         6 Complimentary Tickets to the event.
·         Table Signage and name recognition in the event's program.
·         1/8th page ad featured on the Frost PTO’s website.
·        Your donation will also sponsor tickets for 4 teachers.
 
$500 – Bronze Underwriter Package – Teacher & Administrative Tickets
·         Eighth page ad in the event’s program guide.
·         4 Complimentary Tickets to the event.
·         Listed on the Frost PTO’s website.
·         Table signage
·        Your donation will also sponsor tickets for 2 teachers.
 
$250 – Advertising Underwriter Package - Other Costs
              Eighth page ad in the event’s program guide.
             
2 Complimentary Tickets to the event.
    Listed on the Frost PTO's Website.
Listed in the event's program guide.
 
As with any event this size, the program costs can grow. Any donation for less than $250, will be greatly appreciated, and help cover other costs associated with an event this size; including; table signage, postage, decorations and teacher tables. All donations of $100 or more will receive name recognition in the auction program and on the website. DONATE AN ITEM FOR THE LIVE OR SILENT AUCTION
 
Live and silent auction items are a great way to showcase your company and show your support for our school. These items will be auctioned off to the highest bidder the night of the event and the proceeds will benefit the school. All items will be shown on the website in the months leading up to the event with your company name listed by the item. The program will also list your name next to your item, for further recognition of your support.   To donate an item, please CLICK HERE and complete the form. Please email all completed forms to Jahunt5@aol.com or fax to (832) 201-9138, ATTN: Angie Hunt. All donations are tax deductible.
